Our Aftersales department strives on customer satisfaction and is renowned for providing excellent customer service. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the dedicated Aftersales Team.
Being authorised and regulated by the Financial Service Authority, Financial Ombudsman and the Retail Motor industry Federations, professionalism and quality service is essential in this department.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and the department Assistant Manager the Customer Service Advisor will have a hands on role to ensure the smooth running of the department with the company's interest in mind at all times.
Main duties include:
-Dealing with customer complaints by letter or in person on a daily basis.
- Booking in customer cars for repair.
-Negotiating on parts and repairs for vehicles.
-Delegating repairs using outside contractors where necessary.
-Authorise refunds for repairs and insurance products directly to customers.
-Liase, negotiate and authorise the repairs of vehicles with outside warranty companies.
Knowledge and experience working in the motor industry is preferable although not essential for this role as training will be provided. The successful candidate will have had experience in dealing with customer complaints. Excellent communication skills is essential for this role as the candidate will demonstrate their ability to deal professionally with the general public in person and over the phone
Call Centre Operators

SALARY:
On Target Earnings £33,000 per annum including £15,000 basic
HOURS:
A four day working week, including weekends, a total of 40 hours, three full days off per week
