Collecting Your CarWe’ve made it easy for you to collect your car. Follow these simple steps.

Giving you peace of mind

  • Our customer service team will be ready to help at every stage. Before you arrive to collect your car we’ll carry out a final pre-delivery inspection, giving you that added piece of mind before you drive away. You’ll be allocated an appointment time so you know exactly when to arrive, please do allow up to an hour to finalise your purchase before you can drive away in your new car.

How you can pay

We accept:

  1. UK issued Debit Cards
  2. Bank Drafts: (Payable to Cargiant ltd)
  3. Cash Payment up to £10,000.

Cash payments between £1,000 and £10,000 incur a 1% handling charge. All debit card payments over £500 will incur a 0.20% surcharge and a 31p transaction fee. We don’t accept cash over £10,000, credit cards, charge cards, personal cheques, company cheques & building society cheques.

 

A sales charge of £99 is added on top of the car's price to cover the documentation and administration costs. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Important documents

 

Please remember to bring the following documents with you:

 

  1. Your valid UK photo driving licence or your current passport
  2. Two documents proving your current address dated within the last 3 months, for example a bank statement, council tax statement or any other utility bill.

 

We’re sorry, but we can’t accept mobile phone bills.

 

We will need to see the above documentation for proof of identification before we can release the vehicle.
