Cargiant Wins At Motor Trader Industry Awards!
The winners of the Motor Trader Awards were announced last night – the results are in!
We are very pleased to report that Cargiant brought home the Highly Commended Award in The Used Car Retailer of the Year Award. We are also thrilled to announce that Cargiant won the F&I Salesperson of the Year award!
The awards were held at the Grosvenor House Hotel on London’s Park Lane and were hosted by Motor Trader and the phenomenal Jodie Kidd - she loves her cars!
The event was attended by over 1,200 key businesses within the industry and was a massive success. A big thank you goes out from Cargiant to all the team at Motor Trader. We appreciate all the hard work you put into this - congratulations for organising such a great event on such a glamorous scale!
We’d also like to say huge congratulations to all the finalists and winners. We are sure that you, like us are proud to be involved as finalists and winners in such a prestigious annual award ceremony.
Used Car Retailer of the Year Award – Highly Commended!
Cargiant have been Highly Commended in the Used Car Retailer of The Year Award…

The Used Car Retailer of the Year Award acknowledges those companies that ensure their customers are at the forefront of everything that they do and who can demonstrate outstanding professional standards offering real value for money and supplying quality cars.
F&I Salesperson of the Year Award – Congratulations Adam Tauroginski!
Last night Adam Tauroginski, Cargiant Finance Manager walked away with The Finance and Insurance Salesperson of the Year award.
As a new award, introduced this year, the award aims to acknowledge the Finance and Insurance Salesperson’s important role in the showroom, ensuring customers are receiving the right finance options.
“I really couldn’t be more pleased. We hope that this award will go some way to reassure our customers that we understand what a big undertaking buying a car can be. Through our structured and compliant approach, we aim to take away as many of their concerns as we can”, says Adam Tauroginski.
Winning Awards from our Customers
Winning awards is great but for Cargiant it is what our customers are telling us and often what they are not telling us that really drives us forward (pardon the pun). Each Cargiant customer is also given the opportunity to feedback on their experience of Cargiant by completing the Cargiant Customer Survey and ultimately scoring Cargiant from 1 to 10 across each of the customer-facing departments. This information is used by Cargiant to improve every aspect of the customer experience. Over the coming weeks, we will be rolling out our very own Customer Service Award Scheme… more to come on our blog later on in the month.
We’ll also be introducing out continuous improvements over the coming weeks, months and years to ensure we can continue to enhance the giant choice, giant savings and great customer service that our customers have come to know and love.
