The Motor Trader Industry Awards are one of the most credited awards in the car market, celebrating every aspect of the industry, from the best customer care to the best employer and employee awards.
Last year, as well as winning the ‘highly commended’ Used Car Retailer of the Year Award, one of our Finance Managers, Adam Tauroginski was awarded the F&I Salesperson of the Year Award.
The 2017 award promises to be another successful year as we’re nominated for another three Motor Trader Industry awards.

Business Manager of the Year Award
Being a business manager at the largest car dealership in the world is no small feat, we have 16 business managers in total at Cargiant and each one of them demonstrates exemplary knowledge and skill in their field.
Brian Finnegan has been shortlisted for the Business Manager of the Year Award, with 14 years of experience, he is always professional and consistent and is our stand out Business Manager of 2016/17.
With impressive records in 2016, his performance this year has gotten off to an even better start and we’re confident Brian has what it takes to be in with a chance to win the big prize on the night.
Customer Care Award
With a history of shortlists in this category, we’re very proud to be up for another customer care award. Customer care at Cargiant is paramount to our success and the continuous acknowledgement from the Motor Trader Industry Awards only reinforces this.
We’ve recently strengthened our customer care programme with a focus on delivering 6 pillars of excellence. We’re hoping this will put us in a good position to win again this year.
Used Car Retailer of the Year Award
The award acknowledges companies that ensure their customers are at the forefront of everything they do and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. It also aims to award those companies that continuously aim to improve every aspect of service they provide.
