Featuring an incredible twin turbo V8 8-cylinder petrol engine, the performance coupe generates 510bhp, 34bhp more than the standard C63 and transfers it to the real wheels. This power allows the C63 S to propel itself from 0-62mph in just 3.9 seconds and onto a top speed limited to 155mph. The engine works in combination with an AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT 7-speed semi-automatic gearbox, which is both smooth and accurate at low and higher speeds. The C63 S features a range of different driving modes, Comfort, Sport, Sport+, Individual and Race. Each altering transmission and engine response to ensure the suitable performance settings are applied for every driving condition. Speed is controlled with a dab on the AMG high-performance braking system.
The C63 S is finished in Designo Selenite Grey Megno and combines perfectly with the black 19” forged cross-spoke design alloy wheels. The wheels alone are a £2,000 optional extra. Take a seat in the heated AMG Performance driver’s seat with partial Nappa Leather, grip the AMG Performance Steering Wheel and turn the key to hear the roar from under the bonnet. An 8.4-inch multimedia screen dominates the centre console.
