A simple process to make collecting your car
hassle free.
Step 1
Check-in at the Collections Centre
Find your way to the Cargiant Collections centre at your pre-arranged time. Check in at the check in desk.
Our Customer Service representatives on hand to help you at every stage.
Step 2
Complete Documents
This is where we change the log book details and hand over to you any relevant
documents related to the car, such as service history and the Owners Manual.
Step 3
Payment - make it yours
Settle the outstanding balance on your car by cash, Cargiant finance or by the
payment methods below.

 UK issued Debit Cards:
 Visa Debit, Electron, Maestro and Solo.


 Bank Drafts & Building Society Cheques
 Payable to Cargiant ltd

 Cash

   Cash Payment handling fees (We would rather you pay by debit card)
  Up to £5000=Free - £5000-£10000= £25 - £10001 + = £50 		We do not accept

Documents you must bring.
For your identity:
A valid full UK photo driving licence(both sections) or your current passport

PLUS
Two proofs of your current address dated within the last 3 months.
EG:Bank statement, council tax statements or other utility bill. Sorry but we are unable to accept mobile telephone bills.
Step 4
Drive Away
You will be shown to your new car and help you get acquainted with the
controls and features before you set off on the journey home.
